Lead the production schedule to meet DIFOT KPIs, customer turnaround times, and ensure efficient throughput while minimizing downtime through proactive maintenance coordination.
Ensure routine tasks such as bath monitoring, production recording, and schedule adherence are executed accurately and consistently.
Manage production process control, including sampling, analysis, and adjustments. Oversee galvanizing quality to minimize post-process dressing and ensure QA systems compliance through operator training.
Support operator performance management, timekeeping, and conduct disciplinary actions where needed. Train staff in quality and safety procedures.
Enforce safe work practices, investigate incidents and near-misses, and ensure all safety and environmental events are reported in the business system.
Act as interim Operations Manager when required, maintaining safety and production continuity.
Monitor labor and consumable usage, recommending cost-saving initiatives and ensuring waste is minimized.
Coordinate with Operations, Sales, and Customer Service teams to meet customer delivery, quality, and design expectations.
