  • Customer Consultation: Act as technical consultant providing expert recommendations, training, and solutions to customer management and technical teams
  • Technical Service & Installation: Install, commission, and service chemical feed equipment, pumps, controllers, and instrumentation systems at customer locations
  • Territory Management: Support multiple customer sites within assigned territory, coordinating with sales teams for optimal service delivery
  • Successfully complete installations, commissioning, and troubleshooting projects on time
  • Build strong customer relationships through technical expertise and professional service
  • System Optimization & Troubleshooting: Perform water analysis, calibrate equipment, program controllers, conduct preventative maintenance, and diagnose/resolve system issues through remote support technologies and on-site interventions
  • Maintain safety standards and compliance in all industrial environments
  • Consistently deliver high-quality technical service that exceeds customer expectations
  • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain detailed service reports, inventory management, and ensure all safety protocols are followed

  • Strong troubleshooting abilities for electrical and mechanical systems
  • 2-5 years of experience in instrumentation & electronics, plant operations/maintenance, or equivalent technical training

  • Physical ability to lift 30-50 lbs and perform precision work
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Computer proficiency and mathematical skills for technical analysis
  • Safety-minded approach with ability to work in various industrial environments
  • Familiarity with water treatment processes and industrial equipment preferred
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • A full valid driver's license and willingness to travel (a learner's permit or G1/G2 class will not qualify)
  • Applicants are required to be eligible to lawfully work in the U.S. immediately; employer will not
  • Technical degree/diploma in Electrical, Electronic Technology, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline preferred, a high school diploma or GED is required.
