Scheduling & Coordination: Issue daily service orders to O&M staff and log incoming customer service calls; Maintain organized service records and documentation within the facility CMMS system; Support the Project Coordinator and Manager in maintaining effective relationships with customers, subcontractors, and vendors across multiple projects; Assist in preparing and maintaining facility schedules and technician assignments; Coordinate service activities to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on service performance, project metrics, and operational trends; Track and analyze service data to support continuous improvement and compliance with performance guarantees.
Operational Support: Assist the O&M team in executing daily service tasks and work orders; Collaborate with the Project Coordinator to monitor project statuses and address delays or operational issues with management: Attend and document weekly meetings.
Administrative Duties: Perform general administrative tasks including document preparation, data entry, and file management; Perform other duties as required to ensure project and team success.
