• Cultivate key client relationships, offering tailored strategic advice and ensuring an exceptional level of service throughout each project lifecycle.
• Drive growth of the project management offering, identifying new opportunities and enhancing the firm’s market positioning.
• Provide strategic leadership to the project management function, guiding the delivery of complex commercial and residential projects with precision and oversight.
• Represent the project management discipline within the wider partnership, contributing to strategic decisions and cross-service collaboration.

Requirements

• A polished communicator with the judgment, discretion, and gravitas expected of a partner-level appointment.
• Professional accreditation (e.g., RICS, MAPM or equivalent) strongly preferred.
• Extensive experience in leading project management teams within the property or built-environment sectors.
• Must have UK consultancy experience
• Proven track record in delivering complex development and refurbishment projects across commercial and/or residential asset classes.
• Exceptional client-facing skills, with the capacity to build trusted long-term relationships.
• Strong leadership credentials, with the ability to inspire confidence, guide senior professionals, and influence strategic decision-making.
• Deep understanding of project governance, risk management frameworks, and technical delivery processes.
