Dynamic Stability Analyses in PSSE, PSLF, and PSCAD.
Familiarity with NERC compliance and auditing requirements, and regional transmission planning standards.
Exposure to system analysis topics, such as Steady State, Dynamic Stability, and EMT studies (TRV, TOV, SSR, Harmonics, etc.).
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Demonstrate a good working knowledge of power system planning, design, and operation philosophies including but not limited to:
Possess a four-year Bachelor of Science or Technology degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent amount of experience in the electrical engineering.
Demonstrated proficiency with power system software tools: PSS/E, PSLF, TARA, PSCAD, PRSIM, ETAP, and ASPEN.
Strong understanding of utility-scale renewable energy operations (Wind, Solar, Energy Storage Systems, etc.).
Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills.
Utility Interconnection Studies (Feasibility, System Impact, and Facility Studies).
Steady-State Thermal and Fault Analyses such as Load Flow, Reactive Power, and Short-Circuit.
Willingness to learn new service offerings as client needs and market requirements change.
