Demonstrate a willingness to learn, grow within the company, and adapt to evolving field conditions.
A high school diploma (or equivalent) is required. At least 2 or more years’ experience in a related field such as rigging, or similar trade is desirable. Various combinations of experience/education will be considered.
Must have prior heavy lift experience and ability to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays.
Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor environments, often in varying weather conditions. Physically capable of performing heavy lifting and manual labor during component change outs.
Capable of working in confined spaces and following safety requirements (PPE, harnesses, etc.).
