Managing RFIs during construction and ensuring timely communication with GCs and vendors.
Supporting GC milestone planning and updating key milestones in Slack.
Maintaining and updating the Submittal Tracker throughout the project lifecycle.
Drafting TP contracts and facilitating MSA vendor processes.
Managing equipment rentals and recalls, including creating equipment POs.
Reviewing drawings and specifications to ensure alignment with project scope.
Monitoring quality control and QC compliance, including closeout requirements.
Participating in off-site project meetings as required.
Leading and coordinating handoff meetings with relevant stakeholders.
Coordinating major mobilization POs and tracking materials, ordering, and scheduling.
Scheduling and facilitating QC inspections with manufacturers and consultants, and ensuring closeout documentation is complete.
Overseeing and submitting punch lists during project closeout.
Executing purchase orders daily and tracking equipment-specific POs.
Creating and managing change orders within Salesforce.
Maintaining document control via Salesforce, Slack, and shared Drive folders.
Approving and distributing progress reports.
Assisting Superintendents with identifying and fulfilling project needs.
Supporting the creation and tracking of service material (SM) POs.

Clear a National, State, and Local Background Check.
Preferred 1-2 years of project coordination experience, processing purchase orders using CRM. Experience in construction industry preferred but not required
Proficient using Excel, Salesforce, and Slack. Prior experience using ProCore & PlanSwift preferred but not required.
Ability to operate computer technology systems & programs.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communicator, both oral and written- Customer Service skill set.
Candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screen & complete Post-Offer pre-employment physical.
3-Year Motor Vehicle Record meeting standards to drive company vehicles. (If hired as a driver)
Must be trustworthy and willing to work for periods unsupervised.
