The position requires flexibility in scheduling, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts. Team members handle guest complaints to ensure satisfaction, maintain quality and cleanliness standards, and observe all house, safety, housekeeping, and security procedures. They clean and service assigned guest rooms based on franchise and hotel standards, return and restock carts at shift end, and perform additional deep or seasonal cleaning as scheduled.
Additional duties include reporting any maintenance deficiencies, handling guest requests, and ensuring the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms. Employees may also be assigned other tasks as needed.
Qualifications include at least one year of cleaning experience, with hotel experience preferred, and the ability to communicate effectively with guests, management, and co‑workers. Knowledge of proper chemical handling is required, while bilingual English/Spanish skills and familiarity with local attractions are considered assets.
