Senior Product Stewardship and Chemical Regulatory Consultant

Geosyntec Consultants provides engineering, environmental, and industrial services to diverse sectors.
Senior consultant responsible for product stewardship and chemical regulatory compliance, including REACH, GHS, and TSCA programs, and client development activities.
Support project teams and initiatives related to environment, health, and safety compliance for multiple industrial client groups; and,
Developing business opportunities with new and existing clients and preparing associated proposals.
Drive personal, company, and rental vehicles to client or company project or office sites, and other business locations, as needed.
Provide expert peer review and quality control to multiple projects and project teams within the scope/budget/schedule expectations, ensuring the highest quality standards on project deliverables;
Support client goals and projects related to domestic and international materials and chemical product registration, safety and compliance, and related risk and liability issues including transactional due diligence;
Effectively stewarding and building client relationships to repeat business;
Support client needs related to REACH, GHS, and TSCA programs as well as global raw material management and product supply chain compliance;

TSCA new chemical registration experience related to strategy and completion of Pre-Manufacturing Notice filings for EPA
A minimum of 10 years’ experience (15+preferred) in programs such as REACH, GHS and TSCA; or equivalent combination of education and experience. (required)
Experience in supporting and leading teams on multiple complex product registration, safety and compliance, GHS compliance, or related projects. (required)
Ability and willingness to travel. (required)
Working knowledge of relevant international, federal and state regulatory programs (e.g., REACH, RoHS, FIFRA, TSCA, FDA, Prop 65). (required)
