- Support project teams and initiatives related to environment, health, and safety compliance for multiple industrial client groups; and,
- Developing business opportunities with new and existing clients and preparing associated proposals.
- Drive personal, company, and rental vehicles to client or company project or office sites, and other business locations, as needed.
- Provide expert peer review and quality control to multiple projects and project teams within the scope/budget/schedule expectations, ensuring the highest quality standards on project deliverables;
- Support client goals and projects related to domestic and international materials and chemical product registration, safety and compliance, and related risk and liability issues including transactional due diligence;
- Effectively stewarding and building client relationships to repeat business;
- Support client needs related to REACH, GHS, and TSCA programs as well as global raw material management and product supply chain compliance;

- Advanced degree in environmental science, chemistry, toxicology, environmental engineering, other applicable related degree. (preferred)
- Health & Safety training, medical monitoring, and client-driven drug and background testing may be required .
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, chemistry, toxicology, environmental engineering, other applicable related degree. (required)
- Fieldwork and overnight travel may occasionally also be necessary.
- Expert knowledge of GHS compliance requirements, raw materials and product supply chain compliance, or related practices experience. (preferred)
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record for business travel. (required)
- TSCA new chemical registration experience related to strategy and completion of Pre-Manufacturing Notice filings for EPA
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience (15+preferred) in programs such as REACH, GHS and TSCA; or equivalent combination of education and experience. (required)
- Experience in supporting and leading teams on multiple complex product registration, safety and compliance, GHS compliance, or related projects. (required)
- Ability and willingness to travel. (required)
- Working knowledge of relevant international, federal and state regulatory programs (e.g., REACH, RoHS, FIFRA, TSCA, FDA, Prop 65). (required)
