Description

The Service Ambassador actively manages and coordinates the delivery of the “World’s Best Workplace” on office and cafeteria floors, serving as the primary point of contact for people seeking information, service, and assistance, and ensuring effective communication at all times.

In this role you will facilitate unassigned seating, build community engagement, own the space across stakeholder groups, collect and act on feedback, recommend workplace innovations, and organize events that promote collaboration.

You will also maintain floor aesthetics and organization, enforce clean‑desk policies, manage the lost‑and‑found, conduct morning floor checks, audit cleanliness, adjust cleaning schedules, oversee meeting‑room coordination, and ensure health‑and‑safety compliance.

• Act as primary point of contact, providing information, service, and assistance to employees and visitors.
• Facilitate unassigned seating and ensure its long‑term effectiveness.
• Gather, share, and act on employee feedback; recommend workplace enhancements.
• Organize community events such as informal talks, coffee‑break discussions, and lunch‑and‑learn sessions.
• Manage floor aesthetics, enforce clean‑desk guidelines, and oversee the lost‑and‑found process.
• Conduct morning floor checks and continuously audit cleanliness, adjusting schedules as needed.
• Coordinate meeting‑room usage, resolve conflicts, and enforce etiquette.
• Submit and track help‑desk tickets; maintain inventories of kits, headsets, keyboards, and mice.
• Provide on‑floor technical support for equipment and ensure functional TVs and way‑finding screens.
• Monitor health‑and‑safety standards, including temperature, signage, barriers, and safety protocols.

Requirements

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree or a hospitality diploma, possess 1–2 years of relevant hospitality experience, and will join an entrepreneurial, inclusive culture at the Hyderabad on‑site location with a 48‑hour weekly schedule.
