We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Building Renovation Engineer to oversee, design, and manage renovation projects for residential, commercial, and industrial structures. The role involves evaluating existing buildings, preparing renovation plans, ensuring compliance with safety standards, coordinating with contractors and stakeholders, and delivering projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience (3–7 years) in building renovation, construction, or restoration projects.
- Knowledge of sustainable building practices and green certifications (LEED, BREEAM, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other design/project management software.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, materials, and modern renovation techniques.
- Familiarity with historical building restoration.
- Experience in cost control and contract management.
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
