Electrical Team Leader

Take on a leadership role overseeing engineering design teams with responsibility for technical operations, project performance, and team development. • Lead the design and delivery of electrical systems across diverse sectors such as healthcare, hospitals, industrial facilities, schools, and military sites nationwide.
• Direct engineering studies, design coordination, and construction documentation using tools like Bluebeam and Revit.
• Manage projects involving lighting systems, automation, and security systems, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Mentor team members in technical execution, project management, and client communication.
• Oversee a team of 10–12 professionals, including design engineers, project engineers, and three project managers.

• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 7+ years of experience in engineering.
