Deliver high-level administrative support, including training new projects on tender administration.
Assist employees with benefit enrolment and changes
Organise domestic and international travel bookings and approvals.
Coordinate meetings, catering, office events, and celebrations.
Proactively identify opportunities for improving HR administrative processes and workflows and contribute ideas for increased efficiency and accuracy.
Handle accounts administration (invoices, purchase orders, vendor profiles).
Monitor and manage the general admin inbox, responding or redirecting as needed.
Procure and maintain office and kitchen supplies.
Perform ad hoc tasks to support the People & Culture and wider business teams.
Prepare reports for Cost Control and Finance, including FBT.
Coordinate staff medical bookings, liaising with providers.
Manage supplier accounts (Toyota Fleet, Bunnings, office printers, Uber for Business) and keep records current.
Liaise with building management for facilities and maintenance; ensure office cleanliness.
Liaise with benefits providers to resolve issues
