Train and mentor design teams in developing complex structural drawings and 3D models using the appropriate CAD tools and design standards
Conduct internal and external 3D model reviews and resolve design interferences.
Prepare preliminary designs and recommend procedures for engineering approval.
Assist in estimating design and drafting manpower requirements.
Participate in project planning and execution across multiple scopes.
Provide field support including retrofit verifications, as-built documentation, and installation oversight.
Ensure adherence to QA standards, project specifications, and discipline guidelines.
Review vendor shop drawings and construction documentation.

Proven track record of supporting large greenfield and brownfield project execution.
Proficiency with Navisworks, Bluebeam Revu and Microsoft Office.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in Construction Support, Mechanical Completion, and Plant Startup and Commissioning.
Minimum of a High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree or 2 years of course work in drafting ‎techniques and‎/‎or Drafting ‎Certificate‎ is preferred.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroStation, Autodesk, or Bentley software, AVEVA E3D/PDMS is preferred.
Willingness to travel and work overtime in industrial environments.
