Load, unload, and move materials and tools to job sites
Break up existing concrete with hand tools or power tools.
Adjusting, moving and lifting objects in all directions: Constantly
Assist in site prep, including digging, grading, and setting forms
Ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles and the like: Occasionally

Comfortable working with power tools, hand tools, and machinery
Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods: Occasionally
Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and work on your feet in varying weather
Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must
Ability to work long hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
