A General Manager (on‑site) supervises the administrative support staff of the assigned Community Association and assists the lead General Manager with oversight of departments such as Food & Beverage, Facilities Maintenance, Custodial, Landscaping, and Lifestyle. The role acts as a liaison to the lead General Manager, residents, vendors, board members, committee members, and staff at the Associa Client Shared Service Center and branch office.
