Exposure to SEO, media platforms, or CRM analytics (Google Search Console, Meta, Salesforce, etc.)
Ability to spot data anomalies, troubleshoot issues, and work with technical teams to resolve gaps
Strong data storytelling and presentation skills
Demonstrate a critical, innovative, and problem-solving mindset – proactively proposing alternative solutions when faced with challenges, roadblocks, or data issues
5–8 years of experience in digital analytics, marketing analytics, or performance measurement roles
Experience in A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, or CRO tools (Hotjar, Contentsquare, etc.)
Strong stakeholder communication skills and experience handling multi-market requests
Experience analyzing media, CRM, website, and campaign performance to provide insights
