Develop promotional and educational materials to communicate the value of pre-terminated assemblies to field customers
Maintain Company confidentiality
Streamline the assembly workflow—establish repeatable, efficient processes for quoting, scheduling, and production
Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for all telecom assembly products (e.g., pre-terminated fiber panels, wall cabinets, preloaded enclosures, and similar configurations)
Lead product lifecycle management from concept through delivery, ensuring all assemblies meet customer specifications, quality standards, and delivery timelines
Maintain and improve documentation of existing assemblies, including bills of material (BOM), drawings, labeling, packaging, and testing procedures
Collaborate with purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure consistent supply of components (fiber panels, adapter plates, pigtails, trays, labels, etc.) from key vendors such as AFL, OFS, Clearfield, Park Cables, and Corning
Support the sales team with technical presentations, quotes, and design assistance for assembly projects
Participate in Continuous Improvement Initiatives
