The Production Machine Operator works under direct supervision to set up and run a production machine according to established procedures. The role involves interpreting blueprints, adjusting machine settings, and completing tasks accurately and on time. The operator performs a variety of related duties as needed.
Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent experience, basic comprehension of mechanical diagrams, and the ability to read part drawings. Fundamental math skills, including fractions and decimals, are required to use measurement tools. The position requires standing in a stationary position on a concrete work surface.
This is an hourly non‑exempt position with a starting pay range of $20.90 per hour, subject to geography, skills, education, and experience. Employees are eligible for overtime in accordance with state law when working more than 40 hours per week.
