Drive and lead the health, safety, wellbeing, and security culture on the project, empowering the team to operate in line with QIC policies, procedures, and TBU objectives.

Implement and maintain project management processes, tools, and best practices to ensure transparency, standardization, and continuous improvement.
Conduct safety investigations, inspections, and audits to maintain a safe working environment.
Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring alignment with time, cost, HSE, quality assurance, and performance objectives.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, and regulatory bodies, to ensure alignment with project objectives.
Manage the design process, including option assessments, delivering solutions, and resolving all interfaces with adjacent projects.
