The Client Consultant role focuses on the Sensormatic Solutions – Traffic Insights vertical, carrying a sales quota and qualifying for commission. The position is responsible for nurturing existing customer relationships while also creating new business opportunities and delivering technology and data solutions to retail clients.
Key responsibilities include establishing strong relationships with key customers, ensuring timely delivery of solutions, responding to RFPs and proposals, generating leads, and managing a long‑term sales pipeline. The consultant works closely with internal teams to guarantee seamless delivery, monitors customer engagement frequency, and strives to meet sales quota, revenue targets, conversion rates and customer satisfaction scores.
