Monitor progress, costs, and productivity; help bring projects in under budget
Serve as the main point of contact with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
Prepare daily job reports, time sheets, safety reports, and change orders
Review drawings, permits, and specifications for accuracy & compliance
Oversee subcontractors and coordinate suppliers, labor, equipment & materials
Develop project schedules and ensure milestones are met on time & within budget
Enforce OSHA & company safety standards; maintain clean & organized sites
Lead & supervise crews of 10–20+ plumbers/apprentices
Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, sequencing, & construction methods
Proven ability to lead field crews and manage subcontractors
Local candidates only (must live within 1-hour commute of Charlotte, NC).
5+ years plumbing supervision (2+ years in commercial new construction)
Valid Plumbing License + Driver’s License
