Senior Hydraulic Engineer

Description

• Provide a good level of expertise and problem solving capability around the Hydraulic and fire protection business unit.
• Working on projects from early design through to construction on Hydraulic sewer, Sprinklers, piping, hydrants, hosereels, water/fire and storm water systems ensuring construction codes, standards and client expectations are being met.
• Liaising with the Architect, Clients and authorities.
• Design, engineering and documentation of Hydraulic Services (Buildings Services) projects.
• Coordinating with other engineering disciplines including Fire, Mechanical & Electrical.

We're looking for an experienced Hydraulic Engineer who has demonstrated experience working on relevant buildings as mentioned above. You will be joining a healthy functional team who provide support, as well as growth opportunities, flexibility and development to keep you moving forward.

• Knowledge and experience using Australian codes and standards
• Posess good and effective written and verbal communication skills to liaise with project stakeholders.
• Qualifications in engineering / building discipline
• Good all round communication skills
• 5 + years relevant experience in a consulting or building services environment
• Some previous experience using Revit / AutoCAD on local projects will be essential
• CP Eng / RBP accredited useful but not essential
