As a Junior Engineer, you will support the regional operations team in delivering day-to-day management of highway and surface transport assets. You will assist with inspections, incident response, stakeholder liaison, and monitoring of works to ensure assets remain safe, compliant, and performing effectively.
You will help maintain accurate records, carry out site checks, support operational input into schemes, and work alongside suppliers and contractors to ensure activities are delivered efficiently and to the required standards.
We are seeking a motivated and organised Junior Engineer with a strong interest in highways or asset management. You’ll bring excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You’ll be comfortable working both independently and with a wide range of stakeholders across London’s transport network.
