The Implementation Manager will lead process‑improvement projects, ensuring cross‑functional engagement, acceptance of change, and effective roll‑out. Success will be measured by adoption of new techniques or tools, with projects covering both process standardisation and the development of technical solutions, including testing, pilots and scaling to global implementations.
The role requires a hands‑on approach, fully embedded in each project to provide contextual insight rather than merely coordinating activities. Responsibilities include preparing and updating implementation plans, crafting communications, hosting workshops, managing feedback, overseeing testing and adoption of digital solutions, tracking performance, and handing over to business‑as‑usual.
Candidates should bring at least ten years of business experience, primarily in project management, and hold a university degree. Required competencies include strong stakeholder management, confident communication at all levels, prioritisation, decision‑making under conflicting priorities, and solid project and change‑management capabilities; product development and agile delivery experience is an added benefit.
