Description

• Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures for water, drainage, and heating systems.
• Repair and maintain pipes by mending burst pipes, replacing washers, or clearing stoppages.
• Communicate with customers to explain issues and discuss solutions.
• Inspect plumbing systems, including pipes, to identify potential problems.
• Manage van inventory and keep tools and equipment clean and organized.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with water, gas, and waste systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on gas outlets and other plumbing equipment.
• Adhere to safety regulations while working.
• Locate and repair leaks both inside and outside buildings.
• Install and repair pipes using materials like copper, PVC, or PEX.
• Provide cost and time estimates to clients before starting work.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls and job details.
• Ensure all work meets relevant safety and building codes.
• Install and replace plumbing fixtures such as toilets, sinks, faucets, bathtubs, and water heaters.
