Assist with retention of valuable customers at the renewal stage, and collaborate with the Solutions Leaders and wider sales teams to service customers at scale.
Onboard new branches within our client businesses and ensure smooth integrations.
Manage relationships at every stage from planning, design and delivery through to ongoing projects such as rebrands.
Facilitate the sharing of client feedback to Sales, Marketing and Product teams to understand opportunities for product improvements - ensuring that product features are aligned with customer needs.
Provide product demos and training to explain functionality and ensure that solutions are well-integrated into our client’s businesses.
Answer customer questions on product features, and work with internal teams to troubleshoot any tricky problems.
Conduct webinars, plan and deliver roll-outs of product updates to explain new features.
Deliver product demos / training for clients pre and post onboarding.
