  • Pultrusion Inspectors - This position inspects finished goods as they come off the manufacturing line, prepares shipping labels, and packs products. Responsibilities include operating fabrication equipment, monitoring product quality to ensure customer specifications are met and preparing equipment/materials for production runs. Once trained, provide mentoring and training to new associates. Basic math and computer skills are required.

  • Pultrusion Operators - Operators are responsible for running a production line. They ensure a continuous supply of raw materials, machine set up and operation, and troubleshooting. This position requires associates to manage and prioritize multiple tasks that ensure the continuous operation of the production line. Candidates must have a good memory and problem-solving skills. Once trained, this position provides training and mentoring to new associates. Basic math and computer skills are required.
  • General experience with computers
  • Ability to successfully pass a basic math skills assessment, Lift, carry, push, and pull a variety of objects weighing 10lbs to 50lbs
  • An ability to think and learn on the job, effective communication skills, and basic computer skills
  • Capability to lift, carry, push, and pull various objects weighing between 10lb to 50 lbs to support production needs
  • Experience operating and running manufacturing equipment (PLC Controlled) o r a willingness & ability to learn
  • Meet the minimum age required of 18 years of age
  • Ability to stand, walk, and reach for 12-hour shifts
