Description

The Site Manager – Fort Stockton will oversee operations at our wind farm, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and efficiency. You will lead a team, make decisions, solve problems, and ensure clean energy delivery to thousands of homes while developing your leadership skills.

• Manage service contract budgets and costs effectively, reaching specific targets and metrics.

• Organizes, manages, and executes site activities to meet performance and budget goals.
• Analyzes data, identifies issues, and implements effective technical solutions.
• Builds and maintains strong client partnerships for satisfaction and contract compliance.
• Champions safety and continuously improves processes and performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in wind farm operations or relevant operations management.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
• Extensive technical knowledge of maintenance practices.
• Strong problem‑solving and methodological skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Valid driver’s license; able to pass drug screen and background check.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to read, speak, and follow instructions in English.
