Description

• Operate production machinery delivering high‑quality consumer products.
• Maintain 12‑hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Drive industrial tractors, forklifts, paddles, and clamps as required.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, authorized to work in the United States, and hold a high school diploma or GED. They need one year of continuous work experience or equivalent military training, basic computer knowledge, mechanical aptitude, good math skills, and the ability to work rotating 12‑hour shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.

The position is based in New Milford Mill, is full‑time, onsite, and does not include relocation assistance. The listed hourly wage applies to U.S. locations only, and candidates must already be authorized to work in the country.
