Preferred qualifications include two years completed toward a degree with a 3.0+ GPA, demonstrated knowledge of relevant software packages, and a preference for local or regional candidates pursuing a Master’s in Structural Engineering in summer 2026.
Required qualifications are current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate engineering program, strong attention to detail, problem‑solving and communication skills, basic Microsoft Office proficiency, and a commitment to actively participate in our employee‑owned culture.
The Bridge Intern will gain real‑world experience on exciting projects, connect with recent graduates and company leaders through mentoring and young professional programs, apply standard engineering techniques, and perform assignments under the direct supervision of a professional or Project Manager, while also handling other duties as needed.
Our commitment to inclusion is reflected in eight Employee Network Groups—Asian Pacific, Black, Hispanic/Latino(a), LGBTQ+, People with Disabilities, Veterans, Women, and Young Professionals—each with an executive sponsor and open to all employees, creating a sense of belonging and a supportive environment.
