Master’s Degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience).
Familiarity with regional DOT standards and practices across the U.S.
BA/BS + 12 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 4 years of leadership
5 years of technical task and team leadership experience with design-build and other alternative delivery methods.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or related field
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Experience with project and business financials including scoping, scheduling and delivery of as-sold profit on complex projects and tasks.
Experience with ITS systems engineering, communications networks, and system integration.
Minimum of 20 years of experience in engineering, traffic engineering, ITS, and transportation planning.
Proven experience in building teams of staff, effective project / task delivery, and productive client engagement.
Strong understanding of traffic signal systems, ITS technologies, and traffic modeling tools.
