  • Understanding the business and project execution processes, work in collaboration with cross function teams, regularly identify & communicate any risk in the project execution milestones and prepare mitigation plans.
  • Supporting the Product Technical leads to identify the gaps, opportunities to automate manual steps, assist during standardization efforts and support the new product testing before release etc.
  • Designing & delivering of Performance & Analytics models as per customer requirements and drive customer value proposition.
  • Leading feasibility studies considering equipment design, instrumentation availability and machine operation & control guidelines, and estimate the technical effort required to implement complex solution by providing the project execution schedule and milestones.
  • Providing pre-sales support as product technical expert to identify requirements, risks, and assumptions, and prepare presentations/demos as appropriate towards successful deal closure.
  • Reviewing the machinery operational data to provide useful insights and corrective actions for early identification and rectification of machinery malfunctions.

  • Have a thorough understanding about basic design, operation & control of various types of rotating equipment, their sub-components and associated auxiliary systems.
  • Have a prior experience in deployment of predictive analytics and maintenance software applications is an added advantage
  • Have knowledge on Process, Mechanical & Auxiliary system, Data Sheets, Characteristic/Operation Curves, and P&IDs to review & identify the key information to continuously monitor the rotating equipment.
  • Have bachelor's degree preferably Mechanical or Chemical specialization, with minimum 3 years of industry experience in process, operations and maintenance related to rotating equipment in oil & gas or power industry.
  • Have an awareness about Energy & Emission monitoring applications, development of simplified models/calculations by utilizing a software application is very well recognized.
  • Have an experience/knowledge in Process modelling, Thermodynamics performance, Process engineer, Rotating Equipment Engineer, Gas Turbine Operations engineer, Energy Engineer
  • Have an expertise in using process modeling and simulation tools for steady-state operations, Heat and Mass balance calculations and thermodynamic performance calculations related to oil & gas processes is a distinguishable characteristic.
  • Have an exposer in Process Simulation software tools, Predictive Analytics & Asset performance management software for industrial equipment.
