Understanding of standard transportation planning and financial modeling practices.
12+ years of relevant professional experience, with at least 5 years in asset management or infrastructure lifecycle planning.
Certification from the Institute of Asset Management (IAM) or PMP designation preferred.
Experience with data transformation, system integration, and maintenance management processes.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Planning, Economics, Public Administration, or related discipline.
Proven experience leading multidisciplinary project teams in delivering consulting or infrastructure projects.
Experience in public sector infrastructure asset management, particularly in transit or municipal contexts.
Master’s Degree in Economics, Civil Engineering, Planning, or related fields.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage with executives and technical audiences alike.
Proficiency with enterprise asset management systems (e.g., Maximo, Infor, Hexagon, AssetWorks) and/or data analytics tools (e.g., ArcGIS, Power BI, Excel).
Strong client-facing and interpersonal skills with a track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 5 years in asset management or infrastructure lifecycle planning.
Knowledge of PAS 55 and ISO 55001 standards and their practical application.
Demonstrated expertise in asset management program design, lifecycle planning, and risk-based decision making.
