Provide clear guidance to contractors to resolve site-related structural issues in a timely manner.
Maintain organized and accurate inspection records with photographs, comments, and compliance notes.
Ensure strict compliance with health and safety protocols during all inspection activities.
Identify deviations or non-conformities and issue Site Observation Reports and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) as required.
Carry out daily site inspections for all structural works, ensuring full compliance with approved IFC drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and method statements.
Monitor contractor activities and verify that construction practices meet UAE authority requirements and international standards.
Ensure all works follow approved method statements, ITPs, and QA/QC procedures.
Coordinate closely with the project team—including engineers, architects, and specialists—to resolve structural issues and confirm that corrective actions meet project requirements.
Verify that the contractor maintains proper documentation, testing, and quality records (e.g., cube tests, FDT, plate load test, calibration certificates).
Review and validate inspections related to concrete works, reinforcement, formwork, structural steel, foundations, waterproofing interfaces, and other structural elements.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, especially in identifying non-conformities and reporting deviations.
Valid UAE driver’s license and ability to travel between project sites as required.
Minimum 8 years of structural site inspection experience within the UAE construction industry (consultant experience preferred).
Excellent technical report writing skills and familiarity with digital inspection platforms or QA/QC systems.
Solid knowledge of UAE building codes, authority requirements and relevant international standards.
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic knowledge is an advantage.
Physically capable of accessing structural elements in constrained or elevated locations when needed.
Proficiency in standard inspection tools, site testing coordination, and documentation procedures.
Ability to interpret IFC drawings, shop drawings, specifications, ITPs, and method statements with high accuracy.
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering is must.
Strong understanding of structural materials, workmanship, defects, and typical deterioration mechanisms.
