A leading contractor in the renewable energy sector is seeking an experienced Site Manager to support the delivery of a utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project in the South East. The client is entering a key mobilisation phase and requires a strong site leader to manage day to day activities, maintain structure, and support the wider delivery team through a fast-paced programme.

Prior experience as a Site Manager on BESS, Solar PV, HV or LV infrastructure projects.
Strong organisational and coordination skills on multi-discipline construction sites.
Comfortable working in a high-tempo environment with shifting programme priorities.
Strong communication and reporting skills.
Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain high delivery standards.
