- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards and maintain accurate records of service activities and report on system performance.
- Attending maintenance call-outs for air source heat pumps.
- Working in teams of 2, you will be involved in the Installation, Maintenance, and Repair work of Air Source Heat Pump systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
- Servicing of ASHP systems and hot water cylinders, whilst diagnosing and resolving any issues that may arise to minimize downtime for clients.
- Conduct site assessments and audits to evaluate system efficiency.
- Provide training and support to clients on the operation and maintenance of their renewable energy systems.

- All PPE and Tools required for the job.
- Experience delivering high levels of customer service.
- ASHP Qualification and experience of Installing and Maintaining Air Source Heat Pump systems.
- Valid ACS & other relevant gas qualifications
- Experience within Social Housing would be desirable, but not essential
