Lead discussions with clients to understand their project requirements and deliver design solutions that meet their expectations.
Promote sustainability and innovation in facade design to align with the company's strategic goals
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
Collaborate closely with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate facade systems seamlessly into overall building designs.
Plan and lead all phases of facade design, from conceptualization through detailed design to construction.
Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in facade design and construction.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior designers and engineers.
