The Community Maintenance role ensures the physical aspects of the community are maintained and standards are met for grounds, amenities, and curb appeal. The position is for a stabilized garden‑type community of 680 units, with a Monday‑Friday schedule and a rotating on‑call rotation.
Incumbents must be able to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, lift up to 25 lb independently (or 50 lb with assistance), and work in all weather conditions. A valid driver’s license is required to operate a golf cart on the property.
The hourly wage range is $16.00‑$18.00, with additional compensation possible through quarterly or annual bonus programs for corporate roles and weekly, monthly, or quarterly bonuses for onsite positions. Pay levels are influenced by business needs, experience, skills, and location.
