Tracks commissioning issues for quick and efficient closure.
Runs commissioning meetings with subcontractors to ensure proper project turnover.
Owns the development of System Start Up Matrices to assist with schedule development with the Project Managers for their specified disciplines.
Mentoring and leading junior engineers.
Responsible for verification in the field and commissioning software that all deliverables are uploaded, filled out accurately, and field installations meet the design requirements.
Owns reviewing drawings, specifications, Sequence of Operations, and design specifications to create testing documents for commissioning testing requirements.
Owns schedule integration into the commissioning software to assist with Key Project Indicators.
Owns building out the commissioning software with the correct dependencies for proper tracking and equipment/system turn over .

Excellent organizational, leadership, communications and analytical skills.
Ability to train, coach, and lead staff.
Bachelor’s degree in any engineering field and 4 years of experience in commissioning preferred, or a combination of education and experience.
Advanced knowledge of the commissioning processes and procedures for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing.
