Engage with customers to gather additional information when necessary.
Perform various administrative tasks to support the evaluation process.
Preview daily test work and mark daily sheets for sample characteristics.
Organize sample bottles in trays for lab technicians.
Communicate effectively with shop personnel, construction workers, and related professionals to convey oil sample information.
Evaluate customer oil, fuel, and coolant samples from various compartments and manufacturers.
Research information about machine manufacturing, maintenance schedules, fluid types, and known repair issues.
Group samples by type to establish norms and normal trend lines for individual units or customers.
