Work with clients and hiring managers to develop and execute recruiting strategies that solve their unique hiring challenges
Source, screen, and assess potential candidates using a variety of software applications
Build and develop relationships with prospects, current clients, key accounts, TA partners, team-members, and other key-stakeholders to further the mission and goal of the company
Manage end-to-end candidate lifecycle; from first screen to offer close
“Hunt” for new business opportunities, and generate new prospective leads

Benefits
Base Salary offered will be commiserate with experience. Targeted OTE (On-Target Earnings) is 100k-150k.
