Lead KBR's global Industrial Control Systems program, handling P&L, multi-site ops, and delivery.

Responsible for generating new business opportunities and making sure growth goals are achieved.
Drive continuous improvement plan, including supporting and participating in cross program projects.
Maintain healthy staffing levels per contract and customer requirements.
Ensure that program Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are achieved: delivery, quality, safety, cost, and schedule.
Drive employee recognition program to include monthly safety awards, quarterly OneKBR awards, and other recognition efforts.
