- Prior experience in cable/fiber installation preferred.
- Excellent customer service, time management, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to learn and operate testing equipment and related software.
- Proficiency with hand tools, wire size/color identification, and measuring devices.
- Capability to carry, climb, and work on a 28‑ft extension ladder while handling up to 75 lb of equipment.
- Physical ability to work indoors, outdoors, in tight spaces and elevated positions, bending, reaching, twisting, climbing, and standing up to 70 % of the time.
- Ability to safely navigate varied terrains while managing equipment and tools.
- Body weight limit of 275 lb for ladder safety; accommodations may be considered based on experience.
- Valid government‑issued photo ID; driver’s license required if driving is involved.
- Successful completion of pre‑employment checks (MVR, background, drug screen).
