Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot computer systems, computer peripherals and software packages.
Respond and complete detailed support requests, including steps and time to resolve, while meeting SLAs.
Train end users on computer, email, audio/video, and telecommunication features and functionality.
Image and deploy new workstations for new employees including installation, cabling, verify deliverables, and orientation.
Install and update desktop software including but not limited to, AutoCAD/Civil 3D, Bentley products, Office 365, Adobe products, various engineering software applications and other basic software programs.
Assist management in creating documentation pertaining to computer troubleshooting and usage.
Troubleshoot and provide user support including setup for video conferencing, and printer maintenance/support.
Office work and travel between offices for required hands-on tasks.

Associate degree and/or equivalent work experience. High school diploma or GED

Proficient in Microsoft Operating
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently.

Experience working in a medium-sized business or larger.
Certifications a plus (ITIL, A+, MCP, etc.)
PC imaging and deployment knowledge/experience, Windows O/S.
1 year of hands-on experience in Information Technology preferred.
