- Document issues, resolutions, and procedures in the helpdesk knowledge base
- Escalate complex issues to higher-tier IT staff when necessary, ensuring proper follow-up and communication
- Provide occasional on-site support at regional offices or project sites as needed
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in systems such as Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and other enterprise tools
- Maintain an inventory of IT assets and assist with hardware lifecycle management
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal users seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or ticketing system
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing and configuring equipment for new hires
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner
- Support and maintain VoIP phone systems, printers, and video conferencing equipment

- 1+ years of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role
- Proficiency with Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and common business applications
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certification
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, Intune, or remote management tools
- Experience supporting network connectivity, printers, and peripherals
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices
- Familiarity with ITIL or other service management frameworks
