Manage customer-facing product reporting for Coil and Extrusion products, including Product Data Sheets (PDS), Safety Data Sheets (SDS), Environmental Data Sheets (EDS), and EZ-Mix formulas created through Excel tools for customer paint kitchens.
Oversee the COEX Request mailbox and customer inquiries, process color-match and panel requests, coordinate panel shipments, and place purchase orders to maintain substrate inventory at the Springdale facility used for color and extrusion testing.
Lead and manage the RDMO & Product Reporting Team, including daily workflow coordination, technical guidance, issue resolution, and supervision of team members responsible for recipe creation, data entry, and product documentation, while fostering collaboration across Technical, Quality, Engineering, Production, Master Data, IT, and other cross-functional teams.
