Tasks

-Develop and implement continuous innovation strategies to enhance service delivery for current customers -Identify and capitalise on additional growth opportunities within existing and new market segments -Manage and grow a comprehensive healthcare portfolio across private hospitals, aged care facilities, pathology groups, and biopharma manufacturers -Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes -Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and act as the primary point of contact for key accounts -Provide strategic support to our Victorian clinical waste division through customer retention and baseline revenue expansion -Ensure contract compliance and adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs)
