The engineer will lead roadway engineering activities, design roadway geometry and Maintenance of Traffic plans, and evaluate transportation systems and traffic control devices. Collaboration with project managers and multidisciplinary teams ensures project progress, schedule, and budget adherence.
Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with a transportation emphasis, a Professional Engineer license in New York and/or New Jersey (or obtain one within six months), and at least five years of transportation design experience. Strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency in CAD/design software and Microsoft Office are essential.
