In partnership with Project Management, the role manages JLG’s greatest resource—its people’s time—to give the firm a strategic advantage and create balanced growth opportunities for staff. The incumbent supports Project Managers by monitoring budgets, following processes, leveraging tools, and leading projects to meet financial targets.
